Needed a new weed trimmer. Michelle spent 20 minutes or more explaining the different brands and features. It was no pressure, but very informative. I ended up buying an Echo which they tested and set up for me. Very pleased with the personalized service and attention.

Love the new location in Tiverton and the service has seemed to be exceptionally faster than years ago. My tractor was ready only 3 days after dropping it off compared to 4 weeks 2 years ago. Great customer service and have everything I need when I need it. I'd recommend them!

I have had very good experiences with the Swansea and Tiverton locations. These guys may not be perfect but they are very good at what they do. I am surprised to see the number of negative comments. I figure that the satisfied customers don't tend to write in. I am one did.
